What is Peliplat?

Peliplat is a global film and TV platform with an international audience of over 4-million users, where cinephiles can explore a rich database, write reviews and articles, post discussions, enter writing competitions, and connect with a passionate community.

I joined Peliplat in August 2024 and quickly fell in love with the platform through its writing competitions, robust formatting tools, preference for longform critique over two-sentence Twitter reviews, and active stance against AI-generated content.

In March 2025, I was hired as a freelance film critic for the platform, where I now publish weekly articles — all of which can be found here in this archive.
